1. ライセンスについて

本サイトで販売されている音源・効果音は、ロイヤリティーフリー音源です。
ご購入後、追加の使用料（ロイヤリティ）を支払うことなくご利用いただけます。

2. 利用可能な範囲（許可されている使用）

購入した音源は、以下の用途でご利用いただけます。
・ゲーム（家庭用・スマートフォン・PC）
・アプリケーション
・映像作品（映画、アニメ、CM、YouTube、SNS動画など）
・Webサイト・デジタルコンテンツ
・イベント、展示、舞台演出
・商用・非商用を問わず使用可能
※使用回数・期間・地域に制限はありません。

3. クレジット表記について

クレジット表記は 不要 です。
ただし、可能な場合はクレジット表記をしていただけると嬉しいです。

※表記の有無は利用条件に影響しません。

4. 禁止事項

以下の行為は禁止されています。
・音源そのものを 再配布・再販売・貸与・譲渡 する行為
・音源を単体、または音源が主となる形で販売・配布する行為
・音源を自作であると偽る行為
・違法、公序良俗に反する目的での使用

※音源は「作品の一部」としてのみ使用可能です。

5. 著作権について

音源の著作権は制作者に帰属します。
本ライセンスは著作権の譲渡ではなく、使用許諾です。

6. 返金・免責事項

デジタル商品の性質上、購入後の返金は原則としてお受けできません。
本音源を使用したことによって生じた損害について、制作者は一切の責任を負いません。
